Learn from your mistakes. Accept your current situation and take actionable steps to move forward rather than dwell on negative thoughts.

SIMPLIFY

Think 8th-grade reading level.

If you think something is too complicated, the client probably will too. Keep it simple and easy.

Get to the point.

In other words, KARMA. Give value.

The more you help others for nothing in return, the more they'll want to help you. It always comes full circle.

Whether you are winning or losing, when you continue to push the boundaries of what is considered "common practice," or "normal," you start to create greatness.

ASK "WHY?"

WHY are we doing this step?
WHY does this work?
WHY does the customer want this?

Ask why. The TRUE reason for why. When you understand the true reason behind a person or party's actions, WHY they have those actions, you'll start creating better communication and systems.
